Outstanding Expertise and Quality
Jimmy was out here at Seven Oaks this morning, Friday, August 26, 2022. There was a major water leak in the ceiling of condo unit 108 in several places. Jimmy went up into the attic area and either crawled on his knees or squatted to find three major roof leaks into the interior ceiling of Unit 108. He took three specific photos of each leak, and forwarded them to me. Also, the roofline leak by condo unit 108 was adjacent to unit 107 attic also. Jimmy found the flashing separated along the garage roofline of unit 107. Jimmy has found and repaired numerous water leaks here the past several years. His expertise and quality of work he does for Seven Oaks is outstanding. Lastly, I always ask for Jimmy through Karol or Dale Harris when plumbing leaks occur. He is a high caliber, professional plumber.
