Karol has over 23 years of customer service and dispatching experience. She has been with Belknap over 15 years. In addition, she is experienced with permitting processes through various Cities surrounding the Houston area. Karol enjoys building a rapport with customers while helping resolve their plumbing needs. She spends her time off playing golf, taking trips to the casino’s, and spending time with family and friends.
