I just would like to say how courteous and kind our installer Jason was. He came in and went straight to work, installing our two toilets. He was straight to the point on doing the work, cleaned up and hauled off the old toilets. WOW! We were very impressed with the quality of the workmanship. I guess you can imagine, we will be using this company again. Thank you for such great service!

    "Efficient and Kind"

    This company helped my mother out greatly a couple of days ago. She is very short of money and not the easiest to be around due to mental issues....but the serviceman was able to win her trust and did the job needed without trying to “upsell” like a lot of bigger companies will try to do. She was without running water for almost a week and I am so grateful that they helped her in such an efficient and KIND manner! Thank you all and Merry Christmas!

    I had a constant clogged line and three plumbing companies came out unstopped and a few days later the same issue. Saul came out and figured out I had a collapsed line. They were very knowledgeable and quick, repaired the line, and have had no issues since. Hope I never have another issue but if I do I will be sure to reach out to them again.

    On a holiday weekend I had an exterior buried water pipe break. Belknap saved the day. Their service was fast, professional, expert, and efficient. Because of the location, he upgraded the fitting to an "A" class to ensure I would never have this problem again in the future. I have used them before and was also satisfied with their work installing a bathroom sink and stool. My first impression was the uniform. I've never seen a plumber in a polo shirt. He was extremely professional and very personable. Both jobs were done in a very short time and not a drop of water or speck of dust was left behind. Absolutely, completely satisfied customer and while I hope there are no plumbing problems in my future, should they occur again Belknap will be my first call.
